Founded in 1949, the Permian Basin Landmen’s Association (PBLA) currently has approximately 1,300 members.
While most of our members are located in West Texas, we also have members in other parts of Texas, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Colorado, Louisiana, Indiana, and Pennsylvania.
