Mrs. Wallace has 30 years’ experience as a Landman.  She received a B.S. degree from Sam Houston State University in 1982 and began her career in 1983 as a field Landman for a Midland brokerage whose major clients included Texaco, ARCO, and Sun Oil Company.  In 1987, Leslyn joined Gruss Petroleum and earned the position of coordinating land functions necessary for generating a sales brochure and PSA exhibits for the disposition of all company assets valued in excess of $100MM.  She transitioned to Meridian Oil Company (Burlington Resources) as Senior Landman in 1989 whose duties encompassed all facets of land, including negotiations, leasing, contracts, title, surface, and budget coordination for drilling in West Texas, New Mexico, North Dakota, Montana, and Wyoming.  While at Burlington, she authored a paper entitled Economics for Landmen for a company-wide technology conference in Durango, Colorado.  In 2001, Leslyn joined Pogo Producing Company as District Landman, applying her land expertise in the Permian and Delaware Basins, as well as the Texas Panhandle, 4-Corners Area, and Oklahoma, while honing skills in budget coordination until the purchase of Pogo by Plains Exploration Company in 2007, when she joined Patriot Resources, Inc. as the Land Manager.  When RSP Permian purchased the assets of Patriot Resources Partners in 2010, Leslyn joined the RSP family, continuing her role as Land Manager.
