RAFFLE RULES
1.Only one (1) Grand Prize.
2.Ticket price is $100.00 each and available to anyone on a “first come-first served” basis.
3.Only Five Hundred (500) tickets will be available (odds of winning = 1:500).
4.At least Three Hundred (300) tickets must be sold or ticket price will be refunded to the name listed on the ticket.
5.Drawing to be held thirty (30) days after all tickets are sold or on August 1, 2010, whichever comes first. Need not be present to win.
6.Tax, title, and licensing fees are included in the Grand Prize. However, any and all federal and/or state Income tax liability will be the sole responsibility of the winner. Winner will receive a Form 1099 at the end of the year reflecting the total value of the Grand Prize.
7.Winner must take delivery of Grand Prize in Midland, Texas or agree to pay any and all expenses necessary to take delivery elsewhere.
